Move in October 1st, 2026. Rent is $1050/month. Utilities come out to about $65-$175 pp (depending on the season). Utilities include high-speed Verizon FIOS internet.

Room is approx. 10 x 15 ft with two large closets and its own private bathroom. Great light if you have plants.

No pets allowed.

Quiet vibes. Roommates are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Both 9-5 jobs, with a hybrid schedule.

Room will be unfurnished. Open to furniture contributions and overall decoration suggestions!

Large backyard, with the 3 other units in the house. There is one apartment above us and that person is very quiet. In general, it’s amazingly quiet in this house while also being close to all the happenings on 30th Avenue.

Close to tons of bars and restaurants, Astoria Park, 31st Ave Open Streets on the weekends. Super cool neighborhood.

Rent is month to month with a minimum 6 month commitment. Landlord requires the last 3 pay stubs, the latest bank statement, and a credit check for approval.

First month’s rent and security deposit of one month’s rent required by October 1st, 2026.
