This is the largest bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment, on the top floor of a 3-story building. The rent is $800/month, excluding Spectrum and ConEd utilities which usually add up to ~$60-70/month/person.

Room is furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, bookcase, and desk. The apartment also has a kitchen, bathroom, and a large living room that is shared by all occupants. The building is a 10-minute walk to N/R/M/W trains.

The neighborhood is lively by day and safe by night, with nearby and convenient grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, laundromats, post offices, and parks. Perfect for someone who equally enjoys social hangouts and also quiet leisure!

We are two professional single women who have lived here for about 3 years. Looking for a dependable roommate who would like to join us in a safe, quiet home.

P. S. We are currently fostering a cat for the ASPCA. He is not a permanent pet - the ASPCA is actively searching for adopters - but a person who likes/tolerates cats would be a better fit for the apartment at this time. Of course, your bedroom can be off-limits to the cat if you prefer.
