I am renting out the largest room in my 3-room house. The house is fully and newly furnished, very spacious, and move-in ready.

We are on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building in a safe and reliable neighborhood. Street parking is very easy. The location is excellent:

7-minute walk to restaurants, Astoria Park, and the N/W train station
2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop

The rent is $1,600 + bills, with one month’s rent and one month’s deposit required at move-in.

The room is available immediately. The ideal tenant is CLEAN, responsible, and female.
