Dear future roommate,

For this price, we are renting two rooms which is a bedroom + private living room (can be adapted to walk in closet or any room you would like) only for you. Bedroom is fully furnished, but living room is not, so you can design it to your preferences.
The room is located in heart of Astoria ( New York City, 4 stops away from Manhattan) right off the Steinway Street/28th Ave for *females* only. N/W trains are 7mins walk! Available starting September 27th.
We ask that you are CLEAN, organized, and respecftul.
Room is full of light and on a completely opposite side of the other room, so you will have complete peace + plus full additional room.
It is an absolute no guest policy for all three living in the apartment.
If you are looking for a safe, clean and cute space this will be a great fit for you.
Its a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.
We work approximately 10 hours a day, work out, love healthy life-style.
