Hi everyone!

My roommate and I are looking for a friendly, respectful person to join us in our spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria. We have the second-largest bedroom available, which is approximately 11' x 12' and comes unfurnished, so you can make the space your own. It comfortably fits a full, queen, or king-size bed, and there is plenty of closet space, as you can see in the photos.

The apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen, a large living room/dining area, and plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are furnished, but you are more than welcome to add your own things!

📍 Location: We're just a 3-minute walk from the 30th Ave N/W subway stop, with supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, bars, and plenty of other shops and conveniences all nearby. It's a really convenient and enjoyable part of Astoria.

A Little About Us

You'd be living with two cis men in our 30s — one gay and one straight. We're both working professionals and commute to work every day. We're relatively quiet and laid-back at home, and we're open and welcoming to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

We're looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. We're not a party apartment, but we're absolutely fine with having friends over occasionally. Alcohol is no issue, and we're happy for everyone to enjoy the apartment and have a social life; we're not the type to throw big house parties.

We're hoping to find someone who will feel comfortable here and contribute to a friendly, relaxed, and respectful home environment.

Move-in & Requirements

People with dogs can apply, as this is a pet-friendly place; unfortunately, one of the current roommates is very allergic to cats.
