Large room in beautiful Astoria

We have an extra large spacious room available in our apartment as our third roommate will be sadly moving out. We are 2 easy-going females. Keep things clean, fairly laid back, looking for a responsible, respectful and fun new roommate. The area is beautiful, the apartment is two blocks away from the train station, bars restaurants, and supermarkets all within walking distance but quiet at night.
The landlord requires proof of income, first month and deposit as well as a year minimum commitment, background and credit check.
We have a large shared bathroom, washer and dryer in the unit and all utilities except the WiFi are included in the rent.
