Short term furnished room next to Astoria Park

Available from September 1, maybe a little earlier. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and no common area. My last roommate left without paying for her last month, and I had to pay it, so finding someone reliable and trustworthy is very important to me.
I am an artist and I teach, and my roommate is a bartender. We both work long days during the week and enjoy alone time.
I am a respectful roommate and that’s all I really look for! The room is completely furnished with a full bed and lots of room for clothes and other storage. Bedding/towels can be provided too, anything you need.
I have a friendly cat who doesn’t cause trouble and enjoys people (but not animals). If you’re allergic to cats you can just keep your door closed, I have a few air filters and it hasn’t been an issue with past roommates.
The best thing about living here is the proximity to Astoria Park. It’s a beautiful neighborhood! I looked at so many apartments in this area and I like our layout the best, nice-sized kitchen and bathroom. I like to bake and cook so the kitchen is well equipped, feel free to use my kitchen tools. My roommate requests that if she is in the kitchen you come back to use it later, because she likes her space.
Dates can be flexible if necessary! Staying for less than a month is fine with me as long rent is paid to me for the first of the month, so I can pay the landlord on time.
12 minute walk to the N/W train, a couple minutes to the Q69 and Q100 buses
