$1,300 / month in Long Island City

My roomate has moved out and I'm looking to fill the room by November 1st (or probably sooner.. TBD). It's $1,300 a month plus utilities. To live here you will have to pay first month and last month rent + a security deposit to move in. (Security is $1,300) Total of $3,900 to move in and you will get back your security deposit and last month rent back when you leave assuming everything is still in good shape.

This is a really great aparemtment that I have lived in for 6 of my 8 years living in NYC. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, duplex apartment, bright with plenty of space; 2 private entrances with an elevator in the building. The 1st floor has living room/kitchen area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Upstairs is the 2nd full bathroom and 2 more bedrooms. The bedroom for rent is on the 2nd floor and has nice big and bright windows. Living room is fully furnished and kitchen appliances are all recently new. Dishwasher in the kitchen and washer and dryer in the basement. There is also access to a large rooftop with a great view of Manhattan.

I will be available to show the room to anyone that is seriously interested. 2 professionals, relaxed environment, keep the place tidy. This really is an awesome place to live.
