I’m renting a large furnished bedroom (short-term) in a 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria, Queens. The neighborhood is very safe and lively, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, produce stands, cafes, and shops nearby.

The location is extremely convenient — just 2 blocks from the N/W train at 30th Ave and about 15 minutes to Midtown Manhattan.

The Room
The available bedroom is the larger of the two bedrooms in the apartment. It’s bright and airy and gets a lot of morning light.

The room is furnished and move-in ready, including:

-twin bed
-wool rug
-bookcase with baskets (functions as a dresser)
-chair
-closet

There is also a small curtained storage nook in the room that I currently use for storage, but I would not need to access it during your stay, so the space remains fully private.
