Quiet building only a few blocks away from the 46th st stop on the R and M lines. Heat and water are both included in the rent, the only additions bills are electric ($40 per person this time of year) and internet ($40 per person). I am a 26 year old zookeeper who currently has off Wednesdays and Thursdays. Im a pretty quiet/reserved person. I’m at work most of the day, but when I’m not I usually spend time in the park on nicer days or relaxing watching TV/playing video games on not so nice days.
