Located just 2 blocks / 5 minutes from the 46th Street stop, and a short ride to Midtown!

After living here for 14 years, I am moving out for a new opportunity. I have decided to help my landlord, (who lives in the first floor unit) find my replacement. The apartment is great, the area is excellent, and the roommates are terrific.

- Month-to-month - Preference given to those looking for longer stays, but looking for a good fit most importantly.

- Available - September 1 - Might consider sooner requests.

The Room - Is perfect! Gets great natural light with 2 full-size windows. Big enough for a king size bed, a desk, dresser and more. It has high ceilings and a closet with with additional storage space above it..

The apartment is fully furnished - with a large living room, large eat-in kitchen, great bathroom, and altogether plenty of space. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch TV. We have weekly maid service for cleaning the common areas.

You would share the apartment with 3 roommates. Ben F 25yo - Retail - straight, originally from Queens; Ben K (yes another Ben!) 26 yo - works in hospitality, and; Lwin, 27 yo project manager from Queens. Everyone gets along along perfectly and they are looking to maintain a drama free apartment. Everyone loves the house, so we are looking for the right fit.

YOU, The Potential Roommate - are a girl or guy, straight or gay. Don't care! Just be easy to get along with. Cleanliness - It doesn't matter if your room is messy, just close the door, but respect the common areas. Most of all - Just be normal. Its ok if you smoke but not in the apartment as the landlord lives below (She's great by the way). Oh, and don't care if you drink with responsibility.

Unfortunately no pets, no bikes, and no couples are permitted.

The neighborhood is excellent! Plenty of restaurants, bar, laundromats, dry cleaners, supermarkets, beer gardens and more!

Utilities - which are not included - will be responsible for 1/4 of electric, internet, TV service, supplies and housekeeping.

To Move In - Deposit is $925 plus first month's rent. Normal rent is $925

Minimum Stay - 3 months, and then month - to - month thereafter.
