We are looking for a roommate in our 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria.
Available April 1st or May 1st (possibly earlier depending on current roommate's move out date)

3- minute walk to the Broadway N/W station
(Also about 3 min walk to 30th Ave station, but neither were listed as options to select)

This large 14.2 foot x 9.3 foot room includes 2 closets.
The closet inside the bedroom measures 56" wide (or 4'8") and the closet just outside of the room is 38" wide (or 2'2").

Includes a large 7ft x 8ft private balcony (only accessible through this room). Looks out to the backyard and gets the afternoon sun. Includes stairs to the backyard owned by the neighbors, but they're friendly and may allow you to use their space if you ask.

Large kitchen includes full sized appliances. We share utensils, cookware, & dishware, but feel free to keep your own things separate if you’d like. Plenty of cabinets & drawers for your own groceries & dishware if needed.

Second floor walk-up.
Laundromat is directly across the street.
3- minute walk to the Broadway N/W station.

Utility fees in addition to rent:
Internet = $42 per person/month
Gas & Electric varies, but averages around $55 per person/month

Looking for financially stable, respectful individual who can pay rent on time, keep common areas clean and able to pitch in with basic chores.

Two roommates- females, early to mid-20s.
Our neighbors are pretty quiet. Only 5 apartments in the whole building so there's not a lot of strangers walking through the building.
