I'm a female and I'm looking for a roommate to join my home in Astoria. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the N/Q subways (Astoria / Ditmar's BLVD). Ditmar's BLVD is 1 block away and has lots of restaurants, bars, banks, gyms, salon. 15 Mins away from Manhattan by N/Q Lines also just so you know near many buses: Q69, Q101, Q19, and M60.

It has two bedrooms. The bedroom available is a nice size and can easily fit a dresser, queen-size bed, desk, night stand and a few other things depending on how you manage the space. Rent is $1000.00 per month, with ALL utilities included (heat, hot water, wireless internet and electricity /gas, etc). You get a good size sunny room, with two windows for plenty of light, and decent size room closet. There is *NO Living Room* please read below** This is can be a MONTH to MONTH SUBLEASE, but prefer 6 month commitment at least.

I keep the apartment very clean and I'm looking for someone who would like to do the same. It would be great to find someone who is looking for a home and not just a place to live for a few months then move on. There are a few pictures of the bedroom available for rent.

There is a beautiful private room no private bath. The bedrooms are on opposite side of the apartment so you get a lot of privacy! High Ceilings, hardwood floors. Although I have a fully equipped kitchen I would rather someone that do not cook or at least use the kitchen not very often. I'm very well located also near Astoria Park.

I'm looking for a single person, a small dog might work , although I have a small one already. Someone who has verifiable credit or at least few references to move in the sooner the better or at least on April, 1st, I am free to show the place weekends and weekday , just e-mail me. I am a pretty clean and reasonable quiet person. We do not have to be best friends but hopefully will get along and above all I want a courteous/respectful environment. Male or female, gay or straight all is fine. Like I already mentioned I have a preference for female but I am open.
