You would be living with a 32 year old male.
I enjoy cooking, exercising, and having a drink to relax and watching Netflix :) I have always had a very good relationship with our roommates. Most of them are still friends. We don't have to be best friends or anything but it helps to be friendly with the people you are living with, so I hope you feel the same way. Along with this, I am very drama free, sane, down to earth, and easy to live with (which means I am not passive aggressive, psycho, or weird), which would be great if you are similar.

Unfortunately, we can not have anyone using drugs, or with pets.
The apartment is always clean. I am not a spotless clean freak but i would like to keep the common area and the bathroom clean at all times. Cleaning stove after cooking, no dishes overnight, and mopping, vacuuming living room is sufficient enough. I have a cleaning person once a month who does all the heavy and detailed cleaning.
All 3 apartments in the building are close friends. We get along very well as a family. And would love for you to join our little community!

Neighborhood!
We are one block from RM train and E runs at night. 10 minute walk from the NW train.
Walking distance to all the bars on broadway and also a few avenues from many other great bars and restaurants astoria has to offer.
A 3 minute walk to marshalls, Burlington stop and shop grocery and a BJ’s is open now!
Our street is quiet and very friendly!
We are also across the street from a 24 hr Walgreens and 3 laundrymats as well!
What more could you want?
