This Apartment is a true two bedroom, one bathroom. The Room for Rent is 11.5 feet by 10.5 feet. It has a decent sized closet (5 feet by 2.5 feet) a ceiling fan, and an AC in the window. The carpeting and AC can be removed if you like.

The kitchen and living room are one long, big, rectangular space. The dimensions, broken down, are: the living room is 13 feet by 13 feet, and the kitchen is 13 feet by 10 feet. Fully outfitted kitchen: fridge, oven, toaster oven, coffeemaker, all appliances and kitchenware. The bathroom is just a standard bathroom I suppose, with VERY outdated tiles that I find hilarious. I call it My Big Fat Greek Bathroom. No laundry in building, but there?s a 24-hour place under the subway (a 3 minute walk) that has served me well for many years.

The area is amazing, and a big part of why I?ve lived here so long. I?m just off 30th Ave. at 33rd St., and everything you?d need is here: Key Food, Rite Aid, laundromats, hardware store, organic food store, banks, 24 hour produce store, hair salon, etc. as well as a ton of restaurants, caf?s, bakeries etc. It?s a top notch neighborhood, and a 3-4 minute walk to the subway (30th Ave. on the N/W)
