Large sunny room in Astoria

Hello, my name is Sofia and I live in an apartment in Astoria, Queens. I live with one other female roommate. The apartment is pretty spacious and the available room is large and sunny, with two big windows facing West towards Manhattan. My roommate has her own bathroom so the person would be sharing a bathroom with me. The kitchen/living room is open space so comfortable and sunny during the mornings with two windows facing the street, which is residential and never very loud. I am currently working from home due to the coronavirus. My other roommate is a full time bartender in several Manhattan higher end restaurants/bars and is rarely home. We tend to keep to ourselves in our rooms but being home all day we do use the kitchen regularly for larger dinners and a few meals during the day. We live 5 minutes from Astoria park, 15 minute walk to 30th Ave and subway, restaurants and supermarket and a very convenient 5 minutes from the ferry which has now extended service to 3 Manhattan stops as well as LIC, Roosevelt Island and Brooklyn navy Yard so there are many options to get around. I am a smoker but only by a window in living room and always make sure the house is aired out and does not smell like smoke. If this is an issue I can easily avoid smoking in the common area. Pets are welcome but with some requests to not have them on the couch and to keep a tight cleanup schedule to ensure common areas are maintained clean and hairless (as much as possible of course!). We have had both cats and dogs in the house and I am a big animal lover so would be more than happy to have a pet in the house. Looking for a clean, respectful and friendly person to take over the third room. Down to hang out every once in a while in the living room with us and do things together for the house occasionally. We all have our separate lives and schedules but want a nice vibe in the house where everyone is comfortable to speak their mind and is not uptight about things. We are professional women but still have fun on occasion!
