The apartment is a block away from the N/W train on a quiet street and is very close to bars, gyms, and restaurants. You will also have primary use of the living room for added space but we will share a bathroom. Wifi is included and the room will be unfurnished.
I am very clean, friendly, and social so I wouldn?t mind going out and getting a drink or something to eat with my future roommate. That isn?t a requirement but it?s always good for roommates to be friends.
unfortunately, the building does not allow dogs :/ but cats are fine.
