Hi all!

I currently have one bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment! ($775)
with just first and security upon moving in.
which is a steal for this area if you?re familiar with Astoria!!

Firstly, some information about myself. I?m a 29yr old female working in retail management near Wall Street (well, when I?m able to go back to work lol) I?ve lived here for 2yrs, and being in such a great area I couldn?t part with this place. I?ve lived in NYC for 10yrs and would be happy to recommend places or show you the area if you?re wanting to take a room!! I?m VERY clean, quiet, and respectful. LGBTQ friendly :)

Back to the details:
Utilities are NOT included and are between $70-$80 a month. If you have an AC unit the price may vary . The apartment is in a house that has been converted into 4 apartments; both rooms face the street. Roof access as well, just keep it clean as other tenants use it too.

Location:
A short 6 minute walk to the Astoria-Ditmars Blvd train (N/W line)
There?s a bunch of restaurants, nail/hair salons, a few fast food places, three major grocery stores, a few bodegas, and a bunch of good ?mom and pop? shops around.

Room one: Has a closet with two shelves inside for overhead storage. The twin size bed can stay if you?d like, and can be moved into either room. Same with the dresser/mirror- the first renter will have their choice of these items if they?d like. If not, they can be removed.

As you can see, the apartment is slightly furnished, but you?re welcome to bring more items in as long as they fit comfortably with the space.
*You will have the option to rent both rooms if you?d like. It?s an ideal set up for someone that works from home, as you can have one as a bedroom and the other as an office or media room. Which is what my last roommates did!

*Unfortunately, NO pets and NO children please.

*The only things I ask of you as a future renter is that you are:
Respectful of myself and my belongings
Clean
Pays bills on time (I will ask for proof of income due to the uncertainty of the length of the lockdown)
