Single Room in 3 Bed 2 Bathroom Astoria Apartment

I have a single room in a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the third floor, located in Astoria Queens. Rent is $1,050 month. Available to move November 1st.

We are a block away from the M/R train at Steinway and a 10 minute walk from the N/W at Broadway. It's a great, central location.

The room is medium size and can fit a queen size bed. It comes with a new wall unit A/C. The rest of the room will be unfurnished upon move-in. It also gets lots of great light in afternoon.

Utilities are around $60-90 a person, this includes coned and wifi.

You would be living with two female working professionals. Cleanliness is very important. We ask that you clean up after yourself and treat the shared areas with respect (e. g. no dishes left in the sink overnight, keeping a respectful volume during the work week, etc.)

The landlord requires a deposit ($1050) to move in. No smoking, no pets, and no couples. Queer friendly household.

We are ideally looking for someone who works/goes to school full-time outside of the home.
