Hello,

I am looking for a female roommate to move into my 2bedroom apartment. It's located in a walk-up building, we are only one small flight up. The neighbors are quiet but friendly. No animals in the building. Laundry is about 1/2 block away. The train is 2 blocks away. Multiple groceries stores are a short walk away from the apartment. Our street is quiet and friendly.

The Apartment:
There are two bedrooms, the bedroom shown will be the one that is being posted for rent. In the photo is a full sized bed, a bookshelf, a night stand, and desk and a standing closet. The room will come unfurnished except it will have the large standing closet for you to use.

We share the bathroom, the kitchen and living room areas. You will have some space to put kitchenware. There will be a tv in the living space.

Rent is: $1350 per month plus utilities that are about $50-70pp depending on the time of year
To sublease the room you will need to provide: first month and security deposit = $2700

What I am looking for in a roommate:
- female roommate
- no WFH
- no smoking
- cleanliness, it's important that you are someone who doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the stove. And you clean up after yourself when you are using the common areas(bathroom, kitchen and living room areas).
- Respectful
- No live in girlfriends or boyfriends.

My name is Chloe' and I am 36. I have lived here for 5 year and love the area. I am pretty chill and quite when home. I rarely have guest over. And I have a fairly busy schedule so I am always running around. I like to cook pretty frequently.
