Hi,

We are a couple currently looking for a roommate to share our Astoria apartment with starting September 1st, 2026. The room is $1500 per month including utilities (internet, gas, electricity).
We live near the 30 avenue subway station (6 minutes walk). The neighborhood is very lively and everything is walking distance (restaurants, supermarket, subway, movie theater...).
We are easygoing, friendly and love to keep a clean space so be ready to share cleaning duties! Your personal space is your own to occupy as you see fit but common areas should stay clean for everyone.
We are looking for an equally easygoing and clean roommate, preferably someone with a daytime job. The apartment itself has nice lighting and is pretty large and comfortable. The bedroom available has a window overlooking the courtyard (less street noise) and two large closets. The room is not furnished but we do have a spare bed if you need it.
