Fully furnished nice sized room with queen size bed in a 3 bed apartment. Lots of light, lots of space. Non working but adorable fire place. It's on the second floor of a three apartment house.

It's close to lots of cute bars and restaurants and 6 min walk to the subway on NW train, or a 10 minute walk to the R or M. From there, you're 3 stops into Manhattan with plenty of transfer opportunities. There's also Citybike in 50 yards from front door! We're about a 5 minute ride from the Queensborough Bridge.

We share a bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and you'd be sharing with Andrew, a quiet, hard-working, British actor and coach. He enjoys a Darjeeling in the morning, a glass of red in the evening and a conversation at any time. The third room is rented permanently by Ron (me - a dialect coach for actors) and Ricardo (playwright/TV writer) for when we have occasional work in the city - we live in LA the rest of the time. So almost all of the time it'd just be two sharing.

We keep the place clean and tidy and share the cleaning duties and always wash up after cooking etc. Would suit someone low key and easy-going. LGBTQ friendly. Andrew is allergic to pets so sadly we can't accommodate animals. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Rent is $1050 per month plus utilities ( 1 month security deposit and 1st month rent moves you in.) Move in date can be flexible. Open ended.
