Room is in a large historic private house with Gigabit wifi, free laundry, 4.5 bathrooms and many amenities in the heart of Astoria. Perfect for extended stay visitors with a visa to study, work or intern. Our typical guests are doctors, Fulbright scholars, post doctoral fellows, data scientists, journalists and uniformed airline flight crew stationed out of La Guardia airport.

Centrally located and a short walk to the 30th Ave N yellow line (6 min), the East River Ferry terminal (8 min), several bus lines and a citibike stand (2 min).

Some of the organizations our tenants have worked for are the UN, Amnesty, UNICEF, TED, WSJ, NYU, Bloomberg LP, Metropolitan Opera, Jet Blue, Lufthansa, Endeavor Air, Steinway Piano, New School, ABC and various hospitals or film production studios.
