The apt is just a few blocks off Steinway and a short walk to multiple subway stops with a laundromat a block away, and multiple grocery stores minutes away on foot. The building is quiet and contains a mix of singles/families on a safe and residential street just a few steps away from all the social and cultural amenities Astoria has to offer.

The room is very comfortable and runs approximately 10x16 including a 6 foot closet. It?s essentially a master bedroom without the bathroom. You'll be sharing the bathroom with one roommate (female, I have my own full bath in the master bedroom) and the living room + kitchen + balcony + bathroom are all available to use as common areas. Your room will be unfurnished although there is an installed window AC unit you may keep if interested.

We are one male and female in our thirties who work M-F, 9-5 and so looking for a respectful, responsible, and easy-going individual within a similar age range that can commit mid-long term.
