The apartment is conveniently located near a ton of bars, restaurants, and other things to do, but on a street that's quiet enough for when you want to just have a night in. I've been here for over four years and I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood.
I'm a freelance writer who works from home, so I'm just looking for a roommate that's neat and courteous.
