Spacious two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Astoria, Queens near the N/W 30th ave subway station. Large living room, full kitchen, and 1 shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances - Gas stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and large sink. The apartment is furnished with a couch and a dresser in the living room and a table in the kitchen. The available room has a large closet, an ac unit, a night table, and a full-size bed.

Rent is $1,350 per month plus additional cost for internet and electricity per use. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. I am looking for a roommate (preferably male) to move in soon.

I am a 23 year old male currently living in one of the bedrooms. I recently finished graduate school and am now working full time during the week. I generally keep to myself and respect other's privacy but am open to making new friends to hangout with. I like to keep the space pretty clean and care about personal hygiene. In my free time I enjoy playing music, video games, or exploring the city.
