Big apartment, big bedoom, new kitchen!

The apartment: pretty darn big for a New York apartment. Plus, the bathroom and kitchen are brand new with a stove fit for a Westchester house. The room can be furnished (or not). It fits a queen sized bed with room to spare. Large closet, lots of natural light - plus storage throughout the apartment.

The furniture upgrade is a work in process, but if you have living room furniture, I have no issue getting rid of what is currently here. There will be a piano in the living room though.

ME: Professional female in my mid-30s, clean, responsible, decent human who is active in my community. I work at a non-profit in Brooklyn (yes, long commute). I cook a decent amount, love making good cocktails and I share :) I write in my spare time (or at least that's what I say I'm doing, when I'm really binging Netflix). I'm a social introvert, and a 4w5 (bonus points if you know that).

YOU: Quiet, respectful, responsible, laid-back and clean! Looking for a roommate who will respect the apartment as a space for peace, a welcoming environment for community (but doesn't tend to bring home a party!)

Rent is $1150/month, heat and water included. Utilities (internet, electricity) around 115/month in the hot months, plus cleaning supplies every 3 months.
