Room in Large Apartment in heart of Astoria avail!

The room that is available is a decent sized room capable of fitting a queen comfortably while being able to accommodate a king size bed. The closet is very tall so it can handle quite a bit of storage, as well as working with the rest of the tenants about use of other space if necessary. With utilities and internet, rent will be around $1,200.

We live in a very spacious apartment with a conjoined living room/dining room, a large kitchen, and has three bedrooms for up to 4 tenants. Some of the perks of our place include most of the furniture already in house, a dishwasher, and we have a very mellow cat. The roommates you would be sharing the place with are all working professionals but are also capable of having a good time! You would be living with 2 guys and 1 girl. We are ideally looking for someone that is willing to do a full year lease.

We live just off of the most popular street in Astoria, 30th Ave! Here you can find tons of bars and restaurants all around us with plenty to do. There are laundromats at both street corners. Quick access to the grocery store within 3 blocks of the apartment. We are about a 5 min walk from the N/W line or 15 min walk to the R/M line on Steinway and about 20 min ride from Manhattan.

We are looking for a roommate who is either a working professional or at least has had experience living on their own. We all work together to keep the apartment clean and so we expect our new roommate to have a respectful mentality about their things and our work schedules. We want someone who is chill and loves to hang out, while also going out every now and then on the weekend with us!
