Seeking New Roomate in Astoria

Current Bedroom set up

Current residents looking for new roommate to add to our house. We are 2 full time young professionals. Non smokers, no drugs. We are clean and considerate roommates and expect the same from the new addition to the household. Highly desire clean and tidy shared space and assistance with maintaining. We are friendly, and open to making new friends, yet understand alone time can be highly valued as well.

3 BR 1Bath second floor apartment landlords live on first floor. Full kitchen and living room is furnished but space is available if needing to adjust/accommodate. Water and heat are included in rent. We split gas, electric, and internet each month. Window AC unit in living room already set up.

We are believers of social distancing and COVID precautions and expect our new roommate to also continue in our efforts to keep each other and the household safe.

Street parking is typically available on the street or within a block or 2. Place is 5 blocks from the Ditmars N stop. The Q69 and Q100 bus stops are within a couple blocks as well.
Bedroom can fit a Queen sized bed if desired. Current roommate has a single bed set up. She is willing to sell: single bed w/ bed-frame and AC window unit. Please contact for further inquiry. The set up with a queen bed is also pictured for reference. Room has a closet in hall way out side room.
