It is on the third floor of a walk-up building, with a laundromat right next door. The neighborhood is lively and has plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops nearby, while the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a 36-year-old woman who works during the day, and my friendly cat. I’m looking for someone considerate, clean, easygoing, and respectful of the home. This is not a party apartment, and I prefer to keep the home private—no parties, frequent visitors, or bringing overnight guests home after a night out.
