Available March 1. I am seeking a roommate for a temporary sublet beginning in March. The term can be for a minimum of 1 month, up to 2 months. Move in and out date can be flexible, I will discuss on a case by case basis.

Private bedroom and a shared newly renovated bathroom in a super quiet 2nd floor apartment in Astoria.
-Common area is spacious and furnished
-The bedroom will be unfurnished
-Laundry is a 1 minute walk around the corner

I am a 38 yr old male professional. I am quiet, love to cook, read, listen to music, and watch movies occasionally. I travel frequently for work and my schedule can be quite busy. I have no preference if you are male or female, but you must be responsible and respectful.

The rent is $1375, which includes all utilities. (Internet, electric, gas, heat and hot water)
1 month rent + security deposit required for move in.
