You would be signing a one year lease starting November 1st.

Room 3- 9.5x11- $1350- has a private bathroom!

All rooms have windows, and closets!

If you like the apartment, I will then introduce you to other compatible roommates. Everyone must meet before moving forward. If you like the roommates, then just 1st months rent, 1 months security and a $150 application fee is due upfront. The landlord pays my fee to rent this apartment!
