Looking for a roommate to fill a small room in our 4-bedroom apartment starting March 1st.
The room fits a double bed and has a large standing closet that holds everything you need. It’s unfurnished.
The building is old. Like, old old. It’s not renovated or fancy. There’s normal wear and tear and the kind of upkeep that comes with pre-war charm (without the glossy brochure). If you’re expecting luxury finishes, this isn’t it. If you care more about location and affordability, it works.
We’re one flight up in a walk-up building.
Location perks:
• N & R trains about 7 minutes away
• 15 minutes to Manhattan
• Citi Bike half a block away
• Tons of laundromats, supermarkets, bars, and gyms nearby
We share bathroom and kitchen.
Important layout note: It’s a railroad-style apartment. To access the common areas, you’ll need to step out of your room into the hallway and re-enter through the main apartment entrance. It’s a little unconventional, so just want to be upfront.

We all work in hospitality and have busy schedules. Looking for someone who:
• Pays rent on time (non-negotiable)
• Is clean and handles shared spaces responsibly
• Values privacy
• Is not loud
• Is respectful of other people’s time and space
