Astoria Female Roommate (30th Ave/ 29th st)

Unfortunately, my roommate is moving out and I am looking for a new female roommate (no couple) from 11/1/2022. I live in this apartment over 6 years (I just love this convenient location and spacious rooms)!

The rent is 1,200 per month + internet and utilities (Gas and electricity); usually $35~50 per month.
The room is huge huge huge, clean, has a big closet, and located back from the street (so no street noise)
Just 2 blocks away from 30th ave (N and W) and 3 mins walk, also very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cafe, laundry, etc. (closest laundry is within 1 block, just 1 min walk.) Sadly, any pets are not allowed.

I am a 30s female and working at accounting firm as an auditor. My hours are 9-8, but would be 10 pm~12 am during the busy season (pretty long hours, but work from home sometimes). This is the walk-in building (no elevator) and 3rd floor (top floor, so no noise from upstairs), and you (potential future roommate) are having the big bed room. I am sharing 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with another lovely roommate. We are very respectful personal space and time. I promise you that we keep the apt very clean and never bring party home. I am looking for a female roommate, who keeps the common area so clean, and has financial stability to pay rent on time.
