Temporary room sublet in a two bedroom apartment, short term. We can negotiate about the duration of your stay and deposit of $900 is required. The room is large, fully furnished, nice, clean and cozy, $900 per month with all utilities included (electricity, gas, WIFI, heat) starting September 1st. The room is private and the rest of the apartment is shared with other two professional females. We'll share the kitchen and the bathroom. So far, we never had any issues between roommates, we all have very busy schedules and at home we are quiet and respectful towards each other. No visitors, no parties, no guests under any kind of circumstances, no drama. Must keep the place clean and organized!!! No couples. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

NEIGHBORHOOD: is very nice and safe, short walking distance to: C-Town Supermarket across the street, Deli and Rite Aid (24/7) a few minutes away, Kaufman movie theater and Museum of the Moving Image (5 min away) ,24/7 organic food store (Green Bay Market), banks , gyms, spas, a variety of restaurants and laundry on site. Transportation is very fast , easy and convenient : 2-3 stops from Manhattan either way: N-W trains Broadway Station 7 min walking distance and R-M trains Steinway Station 5 min. I mean, depends on how fast you walk:)
