We have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment beginning July 1st 2019. The building is just one block from the N/W train station. The apartment has a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator stove, dishwasher and sink as well as a separate kitchenette that has it's own full-size refrigerator and sink. The living room is very large and has a balcony. This bedroom also has a private balcony and is approximately 220 sq. ft. Currently the other two rooms are occupied by men in the 20/30 range so we are looking for a male to occupy this room. The immediate area is known as the Kaufman Arts Districts and has several supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, cafes, a movie theater, and even a WeWork. Both bathrooms are shared among the tenants. Floors are hardwood. Pets aren't allowed in the building.
