Renting the large room in a 3 bedroom apartment. Room has a large closet and hardwood floors. You can easily put in a queen size bed and still have room for a desk or other items. Internet and electric bill are split between everyone and it ranges from $100 - $160 depending on the season, winter is cheaper. We would split the total cost which would come out to 30-55 per person. Apartment is available Aug. 15. Security deposit is needed with first months rent which will be prorated the following month.
We are looking for someone with a stable job and drama free. We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, who can follow a cleaning chart, who doesn't bring multiple people home or is loud.
