This is a great deal on a monthly rent. The apartment is in the heart of Astoria. 4 blocks west is N, Q, W trains and 4 blocks east is the M, R, E train. One avenue south of 30th avenue restaurants, bars and shops and 4 blocks west of Steinway restaurants, bars and shops. There is a laundry mat a half block north on 31st Avenue, as well as on Broadway and 35th St.

My roommate is moving out of state. If you need a furnished room, she is willing to sell her bedroom furniture and TV for a flat fee of $600 cash (see pics). Otherwise the room can be unfurnished for a new person to move in their own furniture. Room faces the street side and gets plenty of natural light. It can fit a queen size bed comfortably.

I work a Monday - Friday job in Manhattan in Commercial Real Estate/Property Management. I like to keep things quiet at home after a long day of work and go out to enjoy the city checking out new restaurants, shows, Central Park. I'm a foodie, loves sports and like to kickbox when I work out.

I am looking for a female roommate who is also a working professional, doesn't bring the party home, financially responsible with bills, and someone who is CLEAN, especially in the common living areas.
