The apartment is fairly spacious w/lots of natural light in a really nice and quiet residential neighborhood; 3 Blocks away from the Broadway stop off of the N/W line and a quick bus ride on the Q69/Q100 to the F train at 21st street and 41st Avenue.

About you
Looking for a professional, mature, *no-drama*, non smoking, clean, quiet and considerate roommate who is not prone to loud parties, or tons of guests/overnight company! The landlady lives right across the hall w/her family and her son is a police officer (i. e no loud, insane drug addicts or alcoholics please!) and the rest of the residents in the building are families so things need to be fairly quiet and calm! I am respectful of your privacy and would appreciate the same!
