Spacious, renovated apartment by Astoria Park

I'm looking for a new roommate to share my apartment by Astoria Park with. My roommate is leaving due to COVID.

About the Apt:
2br/1 bath. Your private bedroom can fit a queen sized bed plus furniture. Has a normal sized closet. The apt is really nice and is open concept! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. If you have a car, there?s easy street parking outside. There?s also some shared storage space available. No pets are allowed. Heat and water are included.

Located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a house near Astoria Park. The landlord lives downstairs and is an elder Greek man. He?s extremely friendly and hospitable and will make sure you never go to bed hungry! A personable landlord is rare to find in NYC. The neighborhood is also very safe in this part of Queens. It is a 15 min walk from the retail shops, restaurants, bars, and the N/W train on Ditmars Blvd. Or it?s 1 block away to the Q69 or Q100 buses, which takes you straight to the N, W, E, F & 7 trains.

About me: I'm a 29 year old female, also preferrably looking someone in their 20s or 30s. I'm doing market research and with COVID-19 will be working remotely. I?m just looking for someone who is friendly, nice, easygoing, respectful, and very clean. No live in couples, but feel free to have a guest over. Would love to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee with you but also respect your alone time. I have most of the kitchenware and furniture but may need a feel new things.

Move-in date is flexible by Nov 1st.
