We have a spare room in the Astoria Ditmars area available now.

We're 2 males (a couple) 21 and 31 sharing 1 of the 2 bedrooms. You would have your own bedroom. We're very open minded. We have a clothing optional mostly nudist apartment and are frequently nude and don't consider it to be a big deal. We also like to keep the bathroom door open when using the bathroom so nobody has to be in that terrible situation of having to wait to pee. We like video games, arts and crafts, board games, and the outdoors. We're non-smokers but occasionally enjoy going out for hookah.

Rent is $650. Utils usually come to around $40-80/person. Includes high speed Verizon Fios. To move in you would just need to pay First Month, Last Month, and a $200 refundable security deposit.
