Master Room in Rockaway Beach for 10/1 Move In

Looking for a respectful, responsible, and gainfully employed roommate to sign a year-long lease starting October (or preferably longer). My lovely roommate is moving out of state so you’ll have the (unfurnished) master bedroom in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Rockaway Beach. The apartment has a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and shared living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are minimal - you’re welcome to bring your own furniture! All bills are included except electric. 

The A train, bus stop, and Stop & Shop are right across the street. And the beach and boardwalk are literally a minute walk away!

The building has a doorman and security 24/7. It also has a gym, exercise/dance studio, dining/catering room, theatre, rooftop pool, lounge/games room, grilling station on sundeck, surfboard & bike storage, and private parking.

Tenant approval from the building is required by filling out apartment application.

I have loved living here for the past few years and hope to find an amazing roommate who’ll love it just as much!
