Single Room in 4 bed apartment in Hyattsville

Subleasing my D unit at Vie Towers in Hyattsville for the months of June and July (remainder of my lease); with options to continue leasing into August and beyond. Rent is around $1079 per month (utilities and wifi included), but I' d be willing to pay up $150 a month for the remainder of my lease out of my own pocket to offset some of your costs. I am looking to move out asap because I have found another apartment closer to my university. My roommates are amazing people and stay to themselves. All women between the ages of 20 and 22. Only shared space is the living room. Private bathroom, bedroom, and amazing view in the D room (biggest room in the apartment). Looking to move out by June 1 2021, and am available to show you the room at anytime.
