West Philly Room for $675!

We are looking for a fourth housemate to move into our lovely home at 50th and Larchwood. We are looking for folks who are down to create a home together and value living in community. 

About the house: there's a nice backyard and a sweet porch, a spacious living room, diving room and kitchen, and a room at the back of the house we want to turn into a breakfast nook. The room available is $675. There are four bedrooms total and they are all on the second floor. There is one full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. There is also a basement with lots of storage space that we often host guests in. No cats, unfortunately. 

About us: Yedid is a 34 y/o nonbinary queer Jew who works as a Jewish musician and ritualist and is attending social work school. Alla is a 27 y/o queer Jew from Russia studying comparative literature. Jules is a 30 y/r queer Jewish union organizer. We’ve had folks of a variety of backgrounds who’s lived in this house and anyone is super welcome to reach out if they’re interested. We have Jewish rituals and Shabbat dinners but it’s more about your comfort level with those things- no one is required to participate!. 

We are looking for folks as soon as possible and are down to prioritize flexibility on timing for the right fit. We also ask for a former roommate to serve as a reference.
