These are located at Diamond St & N. 17th St, very close to Temple University and the Broad Street Subway Line. They will be ready for tenants to move in around February 7th 2020, but they can be shown now, and you can sign a Lease to secure the room now.

Rooms are JUST $525/month and that includes ALL utilities! Why is the rent such a good deal? We are in the slow season of Temple off campus housing, so we need to fill these rooms at a low price. They are able to be leased with separate/individual leases. Pets are negotiable. Lease dates are flexible to work for when you can move in.

You will be placed with like-minded individuals to ensure a good co-habitat environment.
