It’s just me and my cat! I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate, respectful, and just generally normal/nice lol. I work at Quest Diagnostics, have a motorcycle, love going to the gym, and I’m pretty organized. I’m not nitpicky, but I do value a clean, peaceful home.

The room & apartment:

● Large master bedroom
● Private full bathroom inside the room
● Walk-in closet + additional regular-sized closet
● 1,200+ sq. ft. apartment
● Quiet neighborhood at Gables Montecito on Northlake Blvd
● Parking is always available
● Pest control included (~$4/month)
● Trash valet right outside the front door
● No bug issues
● Carpet will be professionally steamed/shampooed before move-in
● AT&T Fiber internet — $30/person/month
● Electricity/Internet are through my accounts and can be paid to me monthly via Zelle

The apartment is honestly my pride and joy. It’s beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, but you can absolutely still have friends over/get together. I’ve never gotten a noise complaint, and we don’t have noisy neighbors.

About my cat:
She’s occasionally a menace but she’s a sweetheart. I exclusively use pine pellets for her litter, and I keep her litter box consistently clean so there is not a smell issue. The litter box is kept in the corner of the common room inside an enclosed furniture-esque box with the entrance facing the wall corner. Everyone I’ve brought over says they never even knew that’s where the box was kept. *she does not get along with other animals, loves humans*

A few important things to know upfront:

The lease does not allow medical marijuana, so smoking in the apartment is unfortunately not an option.

The AC is typically around 71–70° at night and 73–75° during the day, because I know temperature can be a dealbreaker for some people.

I’m very big on honest communication and addressing non-negotiables upfront. I recently had a bad roommate arrangement because important preferences weren’t discussed beforehand, and I don’t want to repeat that experience. I’m not looking for a “nightmare roommate” situation, and I don’t want to be one either lol.

I’m clean and organized, but I’m not a micromanager. I’d just like someone who respects shared spaces, cleans, communicates, and understands reasonable work/sleep hours.

Management approval + screening is required before move-in.
