Hi everyone! I own a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse and have an AWESOME roommate in the guest bedroom.

He is literally the BEST roommate anyone can ask for! Considerate, kind, I never see him in the common spaces LOL. I am moving with my boyfriend and will have the master bedroom now available from October through February, is possible we can extend if we get another roommate or we might decide to rent the full townhouse.

The place has been recently renovated, new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom! The rent is for your own bedroom with a bathroom inside and a walking closet. Access to a brand new kitchen, living, and dining room area. The place IS furnished and will remain as-is, we can consider removing the bed if you need to bring your own.

The association is very easygoing, they allow pets 50-60lbs limit. Due to offering the place furnished, we will evaluate any pets prior to acceptance.

The area is great 2 miles to the beach and 3.5 miles from Delray downtown. We are close to the train so you will hear and feel the train go by. I have gotten used to it by now but some people might be more sensitive so please take this into consideration.
