I’m looking for a roommate to renew my lease with! Move-in date would be around July 1st, with a lease start day of July 1st. The room would be unfurnished, in a lovely 2B/2B 1st-floor warehouse-style apartment near the Please Touch Museum in East Parkside. I have lived in this apartment for the last 4 years, and just really love how convenient it is to various places and the space itself(high ceilings!)

Rent per person is $950 including water and trash. Utilities(electric and WiFi) range, depending on the month, are typically around $100-$250 per person.

You would need to apply to the property management which includes a credit check and confirmation that you’d be able to pay rent.

About me: I’m a 28-year-old art therapist who loves both chill nights in and silly nights out. I have a blind mini Dachshund named Buttercup (pictured below) who loves meeting new people and giving cuddles on the couch (she does shed, but I do my best to vacuum on a weekly basis). I do my best to keep the common rooms clean, and if I make a mess, I always clean it up. Open to friendship with possible roommates, but also value my solo time and politely co-existing.
