Room For Rent In Townhouse

Looking to rent a third room in our well-loved home starting as early as August 1st. It is a sunny middle sized room on the second floor with lots of closet space, and whoever moves in would share a bathroom with one of us. We have a large kitchen and shared living area on the first floor, a basement with extra storage space and a small back patio. There is an in-house washer and dryer, but no central air or a dishwasher.

The location is unbeatable, one street over from the Italian Market - we are within easy walking distance to multiple grocery stores, the Broad Street Line and multiple bus lines, parks, and tons of great restaurants and shopping to be found in the nearby neighborhoods of Bella Vista, Queen Village, East Passyunk, and Little Saigon. The neighborhood is safe, lots of families live on our block, and our neighbors are quiet and friendly. We have lived in this house for over 6 years because we love this area and love our neighborhood.

The rent would be $800 a month.
We would cover Internet and water for the house. We would ask that you pay the gas bill(~40-50/month) and we all split the electricity 3 ways.

No pets allowed - while we’d love to add more animals to the mix, the cat insists that she be the only cat allowed to reside in the house, and we choose to respect her demands. Apologies.

About us: we are two friends who have lived here since before 2020, along with our former roomie and our 2 pets. Both in our early to mid thirties. We are generally chill and avoid hosting loud or large get togethers. Applicants must be four twenty- friendly.
