ASAP: Short-term drexel sublease - Mid-June/July 1st to August
hi! i'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting june 15th or July 1st!
located on 34th & spring garden, Drexel campus!

DETAILS:
• $675/month, all utilities included except electricity, split between tenants (so about $750/month total)
• 2 months rent due to landlord on move in. i‎ can ask if there is flexibility since there is only 2 months left on the lease.
• $50 application (which i‎ am willing to cover since i‎ need someone ASAP!)
• shared laundry and gym in basement
• have 2 very roomates (F & M) that are clean and very friendly!
• 15 min walk to septa market/frankford
• very safe area, right on Drexel campus!
